This workshop introduces participants to advanced workflows using Rhino.Inside.Revit, a powerful tool for integrating Rhino’s flexibility with Revit’s robust documentation capabilities. Attendees will learn how to streamline design processes and ensure seamless transitions between conceptual design and construction documentation.

Who Should Attend?
This session is ideal for architects, BIM managers, and design professionals who have intermediate knowledge of Rhino and Revit and are looking to optimize their design-to-documentation workflows.

Learning Objectives:
- Understand the fundamentals of Rhino.Inside.Revit workflows.
- Learn techniques for synchronizing design data between Rhino and Revit.
- Explore advanced use cases, such as automating geometry updates while preserving critical Revit constraints and speeding up documentation updates.

Expected Outcomes:

- Confidently use Rhino.Inside.Revit to export and update reference points while maintaining critical dimensions.

Requirements:
Attendees will need the following software skills in order to attend this workshop:
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Rhino and Revit.
- Familiarity with basic BIM workflows.
Attendees will need to bring their own laptop (Windows) with the following software installed:
- Rhino 8
- Revit 2025
- Rhino.Inside.Revit (latest stable release)

Simone is an Architect and BIM Manager with a decade of experience in diverse international projects. My focus lies primarily on Building Information Modelling (BIM) and architectural design, encompassing everything from strategic development plans to large-scale initiatives. Proficient in visual scripting and BIM software like Revit, I am recognised for my attention to detail and collaborative mindset. I approach each project with a practical perspective, happy to contribute my knowledge and skills to various architectural initiatives, embracing a humble and adaptable approach to every project.

Japhy is an Applications Specialist in the use of Rhino – Grasshopper – Rhino.Inside.Revit. Before Japhy joined the McNeel team he was a Computational Drafter who coordinated the output of 1000’s of unique panels on projects designed by the likes of Diller Scofidio + Renfro, Gehry, Calatrava, Alfonso & many others. He is passionate about bringing Digital Fabrication to reality and sharing the experiences and technologies used in these processes.
